jlj5 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jlj5 website, mobile interface, and all related gaming services accessible at jlj5.org.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jlj5 Platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated funds held in a Player's jlj5 account available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by jlj5 subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotional terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, sports market, or bingo product made available through the jlj5 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jlj5 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jlj5's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jlj5 Platform.

jlj5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

Use of the jlj5 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, PAGCOR regulations establish 21 as the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming. jlj5 strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be subject to review.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlj5 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity under Philippine law to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database maintained by jlj5 or applicable Philippine gaming regulatory authorities.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the jlj5 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Player: Each player may hold only one active jlj5 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and active mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Verification (KYC): jlj5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jlj5 will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Notification Obligation: You must notify jlj5 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our live chat support.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jlj5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where jlj5 identifies AML (anti-money laundering) risk indicators or incomplete KYC documentation.
• Withdrawal to Origin: jlj5 reserves the right to return funds to the payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal to a different payment method may require additional verification.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–60 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days.
• No Cash Transactions: jlj5 does not accept or disburse physical cash. All transactions must be conducted through supported electronic payment channels.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jlj5 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all jlj5 promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotional terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash balance.
• jlj5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
• Players may be restricted from certain games or bet types when playing with active bonus funds, as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through irregular play patterns, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all wagers on the jlj5 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. jlj5 is not liable for errors in bet placement by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be amended without notice.
• jlj5 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds or stakes that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the recorded outcome as generated by the certified game software provider's system shall be final.
• Live sports bets accepted after a clearly known outcome has occurred (late bets) may be voided at jlj5's discretion.
• Winnings from void bets will be returned to the Player's jlj5 wallet at the staked amount only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj5 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorized payment accounts, or false identity documentation.
• Money laundering or structuring transactions to circumvent AML reporting obligations under Philippine law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at jlj5 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj5 Platform — including but not limited to the jlj5 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlj5 or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of jlj5. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right in jlj5's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal gaming purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• jlj5 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• jlj5's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jlj5 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruption, error, or security breach. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• jlj5 is not responsible for telecommunications or internet connectivity failures on the Player's end during an active gaming session.

11. Responsible Gaming

jlj5 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among Filipino players. The Platform provides the following tools and safeguards:

• Age Verification: The minimum age to use jlj5 is 21 years, consistent with PAGCOR's requirements for casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a cooling-off period applies before limits may be increased.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through jlj5's customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the account is closed for all wagering activities and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Session Reminders: Players may enable session duration reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.

12. Suspension & Termination

jlj5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• Account identified as belonging to a player under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order or directive from a Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or violation of Philippine AML legislation.

Upon termination for cause, jlj5 may, at its discretion, withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, available real-money funds will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.

14. Amendments

jlj5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction. The current version of these Terms is always available at jlj5.org/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
